We are pleased to announce that the submission deadline for the XXVII Workshop dei Docenti e dei Ricercatori di Organizzazione Aziendale (WOA 2026) has been extended!.
You now have until March 1st, 2026, to submit your contributions for this edition, which will be held at Rome Tor Vergata on May 28-29, 2026.
Theme: From Doing Resilience to Being Resilient The 2026 theme invites scholars to explore how organizations can move beyond mere adaptation toward a state of renewal and transformation. In an era of continuous disruption, we seek to understand resilience not just as a response to shocks, but as a core capability for navigating complexity.
Submission Opportunities:

Short Papers: Completed research (max 5,000 words) for parallel sessions.

Research Ideas (Posters): Early-stage works or work-in-progress (300-word abstract).
