WOA in Action – Leadership in Uncertain Contexts

On May 28, 2025, in the early afternoon, the WOA in Action event will take place, organized in collaboration with the University G. d’Annunzio. The session will be held both in person in Pescara and online.

WOA in Action is a session dedicated to managers, entrepreneurs, and consultants, with an expected duration of approximately two hours. During the session, up to three presentations will be showcased, focusing on the theme “Leadership in Uncertain Contexts”, a topic selected through a preliminary consultation involving 22 HR managers from medium and large-sized companies.

Professionals interested in presenting a contribution are invited to submit a proposal that:

• addresses the topic of leadership in contexts characterized by uncertainty;
• presents research findings or theoretical reflections with significant practical implications;
• is accessible to an audience of HR professionals, managerial and entrepreneurial figures, and consultants.
  
  
  

The proposal, including the presentation title and a brief abstract, should be sent to gilda.antonelli@unich.it and stefano.za@unich.it by May 6 at 12:00 PM, also indicating your availability to be in Pescara to deliver the session in person.
